Starting Java Version 7.40, Crystal Clear Viewer may give security violation. There are two alternatives:

(1) On the workstation, go to Control Panel–>Java, Security tab and

• set Enable Java content in the browser, and
• set the Security Level to Medium

(2) If the above does not work, uninstall Java (all versions) from the workstation and install Java 6 instead.
